Meet the Christchurch team
Martin runs the Christchurch office. Thinkroom Limited was incorporated here in 2012, and Ash's first business started in Christchurch back in 2003, so this is not a branch office that opened last year. You get senior people on your account, every time. We do not hand you to a junior.

Martin
Strategy and Multi-Location Specialist.
Martin leads the Christchurch office and has a track record of growing well-known multi-location brands across New Zealand and Australia. His strength is the rare mix of big-picture leadership and process, all pointed at conversions. Digging into the analytics is where he is happiest.

Tom
SEO lead
Tom has 20 plus years in software engineering and over a decade in web design. Building websites led to making them perform and get found, so he taught himself search until he was one of the best technical SEOs you will meet. Strategy, technical AI work and development, backed by a genuine habit of researching a better way.

Ash
Strategy.
Ash has spent 23 years in marketing, alongside real experience in manufacturing and franchising, with small businesses and on the global stage. He is a words man, helping you tell your brand story, with content-driven SEO campaigns behind it.

Chris
PPC and paid social.
Chris is our paid specialist and a certified Meta Partner. Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing, with a revenue-focused attitude and a habit of asking what the spend actually returned.
How it works

Coffee meet and greet
It starts with a coffee. We work out whether we resonate, and what growth would actually look like for your business.

Your proposal
We paraphrase back what we heard, your priorities and how we would go after them, and send you a full proposal. Usually within a few days of the meet and greet.

Approval
If it feels right, we spend the first few weeks under the hood, working out how your engine is running now. By the time we talk strategy we already understand the business.

The strategic meeting
Then we sit down for three hours and go deep on revenue streams, margins, USPs and the rest. That session is the foundation everything else is built on. You cannot grow a business you have not understood.
